8.6/10 优秀！ (2,617 条点评)
Unfortunately, my recent stay at this resort did not meet the standards I expected.
I experienced several issues:
Cleanliness: The area underneath the bed had not been properly cleaned.
Noise: Outside music could clearly be heard inside my room due to poor sound insulation.
Key card: I had to reset or reactivate my room key card five times.
Backyard door: The door was difficult to close properly and appeared to require maintenance.
Food Quality: During the main dining hours, the meat was frequently undercooked or not properly prepared.

From the moment we arrived, all staff was very helpful and willing to help make sure our stay was pleasant. We had an excellent room view and conditions. The only recommendation we have is more night guest entertainment and believe needs to be better.

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is quiet, clean, and well-organized. The pool at the back is a great place to relax — it's in a covered backyard area with a canopy, perfect for unwinding. Having the whole apartment to yourself is a big plus: you can buy groceries and cook your ..."

"El Hotel está descuidado, las áreas comunes se encuentran en mal estado y con aparente falta de higiene y mantenimiento. El desayuno estuvo bien, pero super básico."
